2. Description of Service

SeedAgent.ai provides AI-powered video generation services, specializing in high-conversion advertising content for e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing. Our services include AI ad video creation, digital human generation, and creative production assistance.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Payment and Pricing

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Pricing is based on your selected plan and video generation usage. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload to our platform (product images, brand assets, etc.). Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide license to use the AI-generated videos created for your projects. SeedAgent.ai retains the right to use anonymized outputs for improving our AI models and showcasing capabilities, unless you opt out in writing.

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the materials you provide. You grant SeedAgent.ai a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Generate misleading or deceptive advertising
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may not always be perfect. While we strive for high quality, SeedAgent.ai does not guarantee that generated videos will be free of errors or suitable for every purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeedAgent.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of California.
